REFERRAL TO TCFV

The Compassionate Friends Victoria (TCFV) provides mutual bereavement support to parents, siblings, and grandparents following the death of a child, sibling or grandchild, at any age and from any cause. We provide state-wide support through trained volunteers who have lived experience.

Following receipt of this referral form TCFV will reach out, by telephone within one week, to offer information and support. Please ensure that the referred person has given permission for this contact to be made.
