The Compassionate Friends Victoria 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury, Victoria, AustraliaExpress Yourself Through Art classes use the creative process of arts making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Natasha Ballingall – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV.

Bring a photo of your child, sibling or grandchild to pin up on a garland, a plate of their favourite food or snack and share the stories about your loved one that make you smile.

The Book Club is an opportunity to discuss books that we’ve read which explore grief and
bereavement. We will also look at books that examine subjects such as self-care and spirituality through the lens of grief. Furthermore, the Book Club offers the opportunity to explore what’s available at the TCFV Library.

Walking Through Grief (2 December)
A monthly self-care event. Light exercise and a walk along safe tracks in Canterbury. An opportunity to mix with bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents. Please bring hat, sunscreen and a water bottle. We meet at 10:45am for an 11am start at TCFV Centre, 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury.
