Express Yourself Through Art at TCFV Centre

Express Yourself Through Art classes use the creative process of arts making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Natasha Ballingall – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV.

Walking Through Grief (2 December)

A monthly self-care event. Light exercise and a walk along safe tracks in Canterbury. An opportunity to mix with bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents. Please bring hat, sunscreen and a water bottle. We meet at 10:45am for an 11am start at TCFV Centre, 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury.
