Express Yourself Through Art classes use the creative process of arts making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Lauren Foster – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother of Rex – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV.

Walking Through Grief (5 April)

A monthly self-care event. Light exercise and a walk along safe tracks in Canterbury. An opportunity to mix with bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents. Please bring hat, sunscreen and a water bottle. We meet at 9am at TCFV Centre, 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury.
