A monthly self-care event. Light exercise and a walk along safe tracks in Canterbury. An opportunity to mix with bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents. Please bring hat, sunscreen and a water bottle. We meet at 9.30am at TCFV Centre, 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury.

Due to some of the sensitive nature around some of the books members may be reading, it is recommended that members are two years along in their grief journey before attending book club.
