Express Yourself Through Art at TCFV Centre
The Compassionate Friends Victoria Centre 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury, Victoria, AustraliaExpress Yourself Through Art classes use the creative process of arts making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Natasha Ballingall – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV.
