Express Yourself Through Art classes use the creative process of arts making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Lauren Foster – a professional art therapist and bereaved mother of Rex – runs “Express Yourself Through Art” online for bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents who are members of TCFV.

Walking Through Grief (5 April)
A monthly self-care event. Light exercise and a walk along safe tracks in Canterbury. An opportunity to mix with bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents. Please bring hat, sunscreen and a water bottle. We meet at 9am at TCFV Centre, 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury.

Due to some of the sensitive nature around some of the books members may be reading, it is recommended that members are two years along in their grief journey before attending book club.
