A monthly self-care event. Light exercise and a walk along safe tracks in Canterbury. An opportunity to mix with bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents.

Please bring hat, sunscreen and a water bottle.

We meet at 10:45am for an 11am start at TCFV Centre, 229 Canterbury Road, Canterbury.
