As we approach the festive season, anxiety and sadness is often felt. In this discussion workshop, we will reflect upon how we have coped with Christmas and other big anniversaries in the past and how we might cope in this season. We will learn from others and how they have coped and we may find new strategies that appeal to us.
The Facilitator: ANDREW WEATHERHEAD was the President of TCFV. He is the bereaved father of MAX and bereaved brother of CAROLINE.
Feel welcome to arrive any time after 2pm to settle in, have a coffee and chat. We will commence the session at 2:30pm sharp.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Topics Around Grief sessions are different from TCFV support group meetings, focussing on a particular topic, rather than “where we are at in our grief”. If you are new to TCFV and the experience of discussing your grief, we highly recommend you first attend group meetings for a period of time, as Topics Around Grief sessions have a singular focus and cannot meet all needs.
